    Caustic Recovery Plant

    In the mercerization process in textiles, a large amount of dilute caustic is produced as waste during the finishing process. This creates too many issues in the treatment of effluent as well as leads to wastage of caustic that needs to be recovered. Caustic recovery plants are a segment of Multi effect evaporators that convert this weak lye into concentrated streams of caustic up to almost 500 gpl. These plants work on the principle of heating the liquor to its boiling point and reusing the vapors to further heat the incoming feed. The streams are recirculated in multiple stages based on the final desired concentration needed. CRP plants have a lot many advantages in textiles that are shared below:

    Sludge Dryer

    The disposal of sludge is becoming a grave issue for most of the organizations as even though almost 80% of the sludge is water; the organizations still have to pay the hauling costs by kg. These limitations of mechanical drying create a need for alternative treatments such as thermal drying. Our Sludge dryers work on the basis of indirect heat conduction via twin revolving hollow shafts welded with hollow paddles. The spiral paddle blade system breaks the sludge down while recirculating. Indirect heat application has the further benefit of more efficient temp control and heat transfer while avoiding burning or smoldering of sludge. Our dryers are designed in a very compact manner and can be fit directly under the filter press. They are unaffected by the sticky, adhesive or viscous nature of the sludge and require minimal maintenance.

    Packaged Sewage Treatment Plant
